Introduction

Decoctanedioic acid is an important chemical raw material and belongs to a kind of long-chain dibasic acid. Long-chain dibasic acid has a very wide range of uses. Long-chain dibasic acid can be used as raw material to synthesize special nylon, high-grade spices, high-grade hot melt adhesives, cold-resistant plasticizers, high-grade lubricants, high-grade rust inhibitors, high-grade paints and coatings.

refined purification

a method for refining and purifying decadane diacid: in a 3000L dissolution and decolorization reaction kettle, 2000L of 98% acetic acid solution, 630kg of crude decadane diacid and 6kg of activated carbon are put into a 3000L dissolution and decolorization reaction kettle, and the decadane diacid solution obtained by filtering through a four-stage filtration system of a dark flow plate and frame filter press, a bag filter, a metal titanium rod filter and a laminated filter enters the crystallization kettle, in the crystallization kettle, the temperature is rapidly and uniformly cooled to 80 ℃, the cooling water is turned off, the temperature is naturally lowered to 75 ℃, the decadane diacid with purity greater than 99.8% is added as seed crystal, the stirring speed is controlled to 40r /min, the temperature in the crystallization kettle bounce back to 77 ℃, and then gradually decreases. When the temperature naturally drops to 69 ℃, the cooling water is slowly opened, and the cooling speed is controlled from slow to fast, and finally the temperature is lowered to 25 ℃, the whole cooling process controls the cooling time for 6~8 hours. The crystallization liquid is centrifuged and used when the filtrate is prepared for mother liquor recovery. The filter cake is left in the centrifuge and washed with 300L acetic acid solution of 98% purity. After the leaching is completed, centrifugation is performed for 15 minutes, and the filtrate is prepared for production cycle as solvent in the feeding step. Then use 2000L of non-ionized water to rinse the filter cake in the centrifuge, centrifuge for 15 minutes after rinsing, and use the filtrate for mother liquor recovery. The filter cake with 86% solid content of the material is obtained. The filter cake is mixed with 1200L of non-ionized water, pumped into a room temperature water washing tank, 800L of non-ionized water is added, stirred for half an hour, centrifuged and filtered, and the filtrate is prepared for production cycle leaching centrifuge. The filter cake is dried by a double cone vacuum dryer to obtain 546kg of refined decatane diacid. Neutralization titration was used to measure total acid content 99.82%, gas chromatography was used to measure monoacid content 99.38%, total nitrogen content 12ppm, iron ion content 0.6ppm, ash content 10ppm, and moisture content 0.16%. The comprehensive purification yield is 98.57%. The filtrate obtained by centrifugal separation of the crystallization liquid is mixed with the filtrate produced by the aqueous phase leaching centrifuge, then the temperature is raised to 85 ℃, then the temperature is lowered to 25 ℃ for recrystallization, and 75kg of crude decadane diacid is obtained by plate and frame filtration and vacuum drying.
